When booking your tickets, please note the following:

• You only need to book child spaces - there will still be the option on the night for adults to purchase leftovers!
• Cancellations are only possible up until 4pm on Wednesday 15th June - after this time, no refunds will be possible.
• If you do need to cancel before this date, please contact the office for a refund - comms@keyhavenyc.co.uk
• When making payment, you can either pay by credit/debit card online, or via Go Cardless if you have set this up on your membership.
• If you have any problems making your booking, please email comms@keyhavenyc.co.uk
