RYA Dinghy Level 1 - Start Sailing (2 Sundays)

Looking to learn to sail in Keyhaven, Lymington? Our RYA Dinghy Level 1 course is the perfect introduction, running over two Sundays in the stunning waters around Keyhaven. With friendly, qualified instructors, you'll gain the confidence to take the helm and understand the basics of dinghy sailing.
What You'll Learn
- Rigging and launching a dinghy
- Basic sailing techniques, including tacking & gybing
- Controlling speed and direction
- Safety procedures and essential knots
- How to recover from a capsize (optional but encouraged!)
What You'll Need
- Wetsuit or suitable sailing gear (we can advise on this)
- Buoyancy aid (we have some available if needed)
- Shoes that can get wet
- A change of clothes & towel
