In this Safety Boat skills session, we'll take a look at the principles of capsize recovery, and then head out to practise with several different doublehander boat types.

By the end of the session, you'll be working towards ticking off these skills from the RYA Safety Boat course syllabus:

• Approach capsized craft and boats in need of assistance
• Right capsized & inverted/partially inverted dinghies, both crewed and single-handers
