Comms & Events Administrator - Job vacancy

Keyhaven Yacht Club (KYC) are seeking an enthusiastic, reliable part-time Comms & Events Administrator to help manage our daily administrative needs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Administrative support in all areas of the Club's communications with Members
  • Administration of the KYC website and Members Database
  • Co-ordination and publication of the Club's events programme
  • Regular updating and development of all social media channels including Facebook
  • Develops and maintains the clubs on-line e-shop
  • Day to day administrative support to ensure the effective running of the KYC Office
  • The ideal candidate will have previous office administration experience, excellent attention to detail, a good knowledge of Microsoft Office as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. A sound knowledge on the use of databases, poster design software and website administration would be highly desirable.

    Part-time hours: 20 per week, some weekend working may be required. Preferred days are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

    Job Type: Part-time, permanent

    Salary: £12.50 per hour
