Lymington River Scow Annual Championships 19 & 20 September

This year it's the turn of the Royal Lymington Yacht Club to host the Lymington River Scow Annual Championships, and we'd love to see plenty of our members getting involved!

There are classes for single-handers, double-handers and juniors, with five races planned, plus a Saturday evening party and the famous Scow tea before Sunday's prizegiving. For those who don't fancy racing, there's also a relaxed 'potter' planned, with the possibility of exploring the Lymington Nature Reserve and surrounding waters.

And if you don't have a boat or trailer, don't let that put you off a limited number of Scows are available for charter, with help potentially available to get boats to Lymington from Beaulieu or Keyhaven.

So, why not make a weekend of it and join the fun? The more the merrier!
