RYA Shorebased Training

This month we have a couple of shore based RYA training courses being held at KYC.

Saturday 20th September we have a RYA Marine Radio SRC (VHF) Course running from 9am. The assessment for this course will take place on the same day, so therefore the finishing time will be around 7.30pm. A long day, but a fantastically important course for any seafarers that have a fixed or handheld marine radio, a crucial piece of safety equipment. The course costs £65 per person and there is an additional cost of £76 (payable direct to the RYA) for the licence and exam fee. To book your place, please click here.

Sunday 21st September we are offering a RYA First Aid Course. This one day course starts 9am and runs until 5pm. The cost of the course is £75 per person (member price) and includes a copy of the RYA First Aid Handbook. To secure your place, please book here
