We are currently recruiting a Cook / Catering Manager. We are a prestigious sailing club known for its exceptional location and friendly atmosphere. With around 1600 members, the club enjoys a vibrant social scene and is passionate about providing the best experiences both on water and onshore.

This is an excellent opportunity to express creativity and establish a reputable culinary identity in a stunning location. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a cook/chef, preferably in a management role, as well as strong communication and organisational skills. A sound knowledge of industry standards, and supervisory management experience is highly desirable.

Part-time hours: 30 hours per week, weekend and evening work will be required.

Job type: Annualised hours contract, permanent, flexible working hours, balancing busier summer periods with quieter winter times.

Salary: Pro rata £30,000 per annum
