Autumn Talk Series: Local Railway Stories - Wednesday 1st October, 7pm

The first of our Autumn Talks we give a warm KYC welcome to Philip Benstead of the Railway Club of the New Forest.

As part of the Railway 200 celebrations throughout the UK this year, we were keen to support this theme. Philip will give a presentation on the 'direct line' from Lymington Junction to Christchurch Station. A tale of self interest, optimism, naivety, fraud, bankruptcy, incompetence, arrogance, violent deaths, royalty and religion.

Our talks are for KYC members and their friends/family and are free to attend. We do ask that you book here so we can keep an eye on numbers.
